How It Works
Once you purchase our Complete Foundation in Photography package, you will be emailed 4 unique codes. Each code is valid for 9 months from the date of purchase, and each code corresponds to one of the core workshops below:
Once you have received your codes, you can begin to book your workshop dates immediately, or you can choose to wait. To book your workshops, go to our Workshops schedule, select your preferred date(s) for each of the courses above, add the workshop to your cart, and go to checkout. When you are checking out, you will see a box labeled “Gift Card Number”. Copy your code for that workshop/course into the box and complete your booking. You will receive a confirmation email after each booking. If you do not receive your confirmation booking within a few minutes, contact us to ensure your order has gone through.
Terms of Use
When booking a workshop online, you can only use one code at a time. Your four workshops will, therefore, need to be processed as separate orders. All codes are valid for 9 months only from the date of purchase. After 9 months, they will expire and no longer be usable in our system.
FAQS
Should I take the workshops in any particular order?
The only workshops the must be taken in a specific order are Photography Level 1 and Photography Level 2. We recommend taking Introduction to Adobe Lightroom prior to Introduction to Adobe Photoshop, but you may take these classes in any order and at any time within the 9 months of your package.
Do I have to book all of my workshops now?
Nope. You can book your workshops at your own convenience. Just remember to book them all within 9 months of purchasing the package as your codes will expire after that time.
Can I transfer my booking?
If you’ve booked a workshop and need to change the date, our standard transfer policy applies. Let us know a minimum of 3 days in advance of the workshop, and we will be able to grant you one free transfer. If you inform us less than 3 days in advance, or if you need to transfer your booking a second time, your booking will not be refunded or rescheduled.
How old must I be to book workshops?
You must be 16 or older to attend our workshops. If you are younger than 16 or booking for someone under 16 years of age, please contact us first and we will be happy to advise you.
Please Note: Our classes are open to ANY brand of camera: Canon, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic, Fuji and any other intermediate to advanced cameras (As long as they have manual controls i.e. NOT point-and-shoots) are welcome!
