Personalize your gift card

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an email confirmation (you should receive this within a few minutes). Your email will contain instructions on how to personalize and download the gift card you’ve purchased. If you would like a physical copy of the gift card, visit us at GPP during our working hours, and we’ll be happy to prepare one for you.

Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards are valid for 9 months from date of purchase only.

• The gift card value will be deducted from your total cost when you enter the gift card code during online or in-person checkout. Only one gift card may be applied per order.

• Gift cards must be used in one transaction; no change or credit will be given if the value of your purchase is lower than the total value of the gift card. No cash alternative.

• To redeem your gift card in person, visit Gulf Photo Plus in Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz, Dubai.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you cancel your gift card within 3 months of purchase (prior to redeeming it and at least 7 days before any scheduled workshop booked with the gift card), you will be refunded 90% of the original value.

• Cancellations more than 3 months after the date of purchase will not be refunded.
