We follow a strict, no refund/no exchange policy

We are happy for you to inspect your prints in person prior to taking them home to ensure you are satisfied with the quality before leaving GPP.

In the unlikely event that you arrange for courier service and the prints arrive damaged, prints must be returned to GPP within 7 days of receiving them in order to resolve the issue.
